Delivery map across projects

How to read this

• Days shows engagement. A project someone touches every working day reads as 5. Their weekly total is how many days of the week are spoken for, which is never more than 5, because the projects run at the same time rather than one after another.
• Hours shows how the day is divided between the projects someone is on that week.
• A striped bar is tech-debt work, in the same colour as the product it belongs to.
• Technical Lead and Sponsor are separate rows even though one person holds both. They are different roles, and merging them hides which one is engaged when.
• The chips filter, they do not reallocate. Turning a project off removes it from the view, so you see the picture without that project. The work is not given to anyone else.
• Move work reallocates. It shifts work on one project from one person to another across a week range. Both controls change this page only.
• Export, edit, re-import, save. Export CSV, change any number in a spreadsheet, then Import to load it back. Save a copy then writes a new HTML file with your data built in, so the next person to open it sees what you saw.
